Company Director
Alex Kirby
Say hello to Alex, our Company Director and Founder.
After learning carpentry from his dad and a stint in the film industry (working on Harry Potter and more), Alex returned to his true passion – building and design – and launched Creative Developments in 2010.
Ever since, he’s built strong relationships with private clients, schools and churches. When he’s not managing projects or generating quotes, you’ll find him by his BBQ – even on Christmas Day!

Sarah Kirby
Meet Sarah, our brilliant Company Secretary and the glue that holds the team together.
With over 20 years in the property world — from lettings and management to big refurbishment projects — she brought her wealth of experience to Creative Developments back in 2015.
Outside of work, Sarah loves family time and exploring all the wonderful things Worthing has to offer.

Meet Sue, our experienced former School Business Manager who brings a wealth of organisation and care to our team.
Away from work, she enjoys quality time with her four grandchildren, playing bowls with her husband, and hosting lively garden parties for family and friends.
